Photography Tips That Can Make A Big Difference!

With the growing movement toward online photo albums and social networking websites, it is no wonder that more and more people are becoming interested in photography. However, many of those people are not yet confident in their skills and abilities behind the camera. Anyone can take a photo, but to take great photos you need the right skills. Here are some great tips to add to your knowledge.

When you are just starting out in photography, one important thing that you have to do is to understand white balance, or otherwise known as the color of the light in your photographs. Experimenting with lighting will help you know how your pictures are affected.

Consider not only the background of your landscape images, but also the foreground, by centering on things of interest. Even a simple item like a rock could add another dimension to the picture. The main subject will be emphasized and the entire frame can now be seen.

Light is sometimes uncooperative when you need to take a landscape shot. Sometimes, you cannot find another spot where the light is more consistent. So, what are your options? You might use photo-editing software, like Adobe Photoshop, to adjust contrasting light levels.

The lenses are clear (although the clear protective caps are a bit distorted but still useable in a hurry) and the dot is clear and crisp in all lighting. The red dot on full brightness is easy to see even in the bright arizona sun, and the green dot on low setting allows you to use it in nighttime settings without the starburst effect of some other dot sights. The tethered caps are great for adjustments in the field without loosing the caps. This is probably the best sight you can get for under $100. I mostly wanted to mount this thing to my M4 to look cool. I took it out today and put a ton of rounds down range and was impressed with my $40 purchase. Once I got this thing zeroed, it was a good day at the range. I did need to order a riser before I could use this sight so be aware of that. The see through dust covers distort the picture a little but are functional to shoot with them closed. (as I found out during a little dust storm today) I ended up adding a strip of electrical tape under the dust covers to keep them on a little tighter. Overall, great purchase.
