Solid Advice When Trying To Capture The Perfect Picture
Although most people think that taking a picture is just as simple as pointing and shooting, there really is an art form to it. Typically, your photos never look quite as good as you imagined they would. However, once you learn the proper techniques, it really is simple to take great pictures.
Consider shots from various angles, different lighting or adding to the setting to get a new perspective on a photograph. Play with these settings prior to shooting so that you understand how they can affect your shot.
Increase the shutter speed on your camera when you are taking photos in environments that have low lighting. This helps prevent blur when taking the photo. You should aim for a speed of at least 1/200 of a second, but 1/250 is even better.
Instead of waiting until your destination to start recording your trip with photographs, start snapping those photos as soon as your trip starts. Think of traveling itself as a good opportunity to take pictures, besides the shots you will take once you reach your destination. Take pictures of the journey. An airport provides lots of interesting, unique subjects for taking great pictures.
Consider trying new things; don’t be scared of taking pictures that are original. The best pictures are the ones that show personality, style, and depth. Capture the world from your unique perspective. Try to avoid the style of photos that you may have seen many times before. Instead, shoot from unique angles, and be creative with your compositions.
Make sure your photographs possess three very vital attributes. They need to include a background, foreground, and a mid-ground. These things are not just fundamentals of basic photography. They are also fundamentals for other kinds of art.
Get some editing software, either as a free download or a paid purchase, and use it to experiment with your photos. Even professional photographers understand the benefits of photo editing software to retouch different photos and add interesting effects. Sometimes a photo can go from “okay” to “wow”! with only a few simple touch-ups.
Balance is key to keeping your image in perspective. One of the easier ways to make your pictures art gallery worthy is to have all the objects in the picture carefully balanced. If something on the edge is distracting, cut it out. Make sure the horizon of the shot is level, and frame the main subject naturally.
You may not have always been happy with your past photographs. Following the tips provided by this article can prevent you from dealing with that kind of situation. The tools that were presented to you will help you take breathtaking photos that you will be proud to show off.

19 of 19 people found the following review helpful Does more than what I hoped it would!, June 5, 2010 By Gvn Nvt (LI NY) – Amazon Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/1 Rings, 3/8 Dovetail (Misc.) I bought this mount as part of an experiment to scope a 1936 Mosin Nagant rifle. Anyone who knows rifles also knows how much recoil the rifle produces. I chose this scope mount because it had three clamp screws for the mount (and three is better than two when it comes to Nagants), and four screws per ring.So far I put over 200 rounds of 147 grain ammo through the rifle, and the mount has not moved at all from it’s witness marks, nor has the scope.Very pleased with the quality of a very inexpensive item. 9 of 9 people found the following review helpful The solution to scope sliding problems, October 27, 2011 By Chris – Amazon Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/1 Rings, 3/8 Dovetail (Misc.) I purchased this after hearing good things for use on a Marlin 60. After having other rings “walk” back on me I tried this one piece mount out. It works beautifully. My scope doesn’t move, it holds zero, and has yet to walk back on the relatively rudimentary dovetail groves that Marlin uses. Couldn’t be happier. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful Works Great!!, August 27, 2011 By Jason – This review is from: Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Mount w/1 Rings, 3/8 Dovetail (Misc.) I bought the Mosin-Nagant 91/30 Scout Scope plus Mount setup. The Scope works great but the rail that replaces the rear sight would not stay in place. I then did some research online and learned that only on the 91/30 you could remove the base for the rear sight and underneath there is a 3/8 dovetail rail and to mount rings directly to it. I did this and it was much more stable but with the recoil of the mosin the rings would start to walk back. So I read the reviews on this mount and decided to give it a try and am very happy to say that it works perfect on the 3/8 rail with the mosin. I used locktite and this mount has not moved or become loose in over 400 rounds. Long Story short Get one of these and a Long Eye Releif Scope for your 91/30 and you will have a great scout style scope. Also it sits low so you will have to remove the front sight but will not need it because you already removed the rear sight both can be put back on for original look. in every other review and RWS both say that RWS guns are not known to have barrel? droop ?
youre the first review to say RWS rifles have barrle droop ?
There is RWS Lockdown mount (search for PY-A-2406 on our web site). I am not sure how much lower it will keep the scope. This one compensates for droop (UTG ones are available both compensating and non-compensating for older RWS rifles, like PY-A-2639).
Thank? you

It looks like low rings were use on the featured rifle, but the bottom of the scope still appeared to be 1″ above the barrel.? Is this the best option available? Is there nothing out there that’ll still keep the scope close to the barrel as it should be?
Not necessarily. Just use low rings and you? should be OK.

Scope is? WAAAAAY too high off the barrel w/ this setup.
Do a search for PY-A-4191 on? our web site to buy the mount you need for the T06 models.

Hi all, love your website it’s like a shooters bible for me. I have an RWS Diana 350 magnum superior with BSA stealth tactical scope but can find proper mounts for it. It ran out of adjustment an still shoots above the target. Does the RWS mounts with? barrel droop take care of this issue? What item and code please, thank you pyramid air

my rws 48 came with this and the cheap leapers 3x9x32m scope. Scope was junk, put a leupold vx3 6.5×20 40m and have had nothing but trouble. Ran out of adjustment and this scope has more than most, ended up putting a? hawke mount that pivots in the front and its alot better. Always try the rws lockdown mount first.
Yes, of course. More are in the pipeline.
