I was? curious. I have sony vegas pro 12 and I’m just learning to use it. Is there a way I can create some sort of like.. static bar? kinda like if the screen were shorting our or something. Not a full on static screen (very easy) just like a kinda static bar or fracture that is horizontal and distorts the video for a couple seconds. or do I have to download a pre made one?
